1. Video Conferencing Benefits

Video Conferencing Increases Productivity

Used effectively, video conferencing has a dramatic effect on the way people do business and the productivity gains they can derive. So, how are these improvements achieved? Today, video conferencing systems transcend the simple "talking heads" on a screen. The ability to easily share any type of information has added another dynamic to video communications, often previously not even possible in a local meeting. The result? Decisions are made faster; bringing products or services to market quicker; and enabling you to stay ahead of your competitors.

Video Conferencing Saves Money

Although productivity increases are the most valuable, an additional tangible effect of using video is that you start saving substantial money due to reduced travel. In today's environment, where many employees are concerned with the safety and time-related issues with traveling, video conferencing will benefit your company in ways you would never have imagined.

Video Conferencing Saves Time

Video conferencing can be used to achieve significant benefits beyond increased productivity and reduced costs. Notable examples are reduction of "downtime" and increased "quality of life" for traveling personnel, and shortening hiring cycles for key employees. Video conferencing should also be viewed as a telephone and travel enhancement—a way to strengthen bonds with remote colleagues and customers between personal visits and telephone calls.

2. 5 Reasons to become an Entrepreneur

Let's talk about the Entrepreneur creating his own company. Too risky you'll tell me, especially in these times of crisis! Loss of job security, work load is too heavy for little or no income at the beginning? Yes, certainly it's something to be reluctant to such experience!

However, there are many positive points to meet the challenge of creating ones own company. After talking with entrepreneurs around me, and after reading a few articles and testimonials on the internet about it, I've prepared a list of positive points that seem important and challenging to undertake:

1 - Become an Entrepreneur to be your Own Boss

Becoming an entrepreneur means taking the risk to accept any responsibility for the company. This can be very heavy, but the sense of its own and make their own decisions is something very exciting and motivating. Certainly, the customer is king, but the contractor has the real power of decision. This is very beneficial from a personal perspective and strengthens self-confidence.

2 - Business for Freedom

Being your own boss provides a sense of freedom that you won't have if you are an employee (even the great leaders of stock exchange are subjected to pressure from shareholders, and therefore are not totally free). The contractor, if he owns his company is free to decide. Many web entrepreneurs are free to travel while continuing to practice. They have complete freedom of movement because have no one above them hierarchically (but have a managerial responsibility for their employees and partners of course).

3 - Business for Challenge

Starting a business is to have a personal project that aims to be the source of your income. It's a motivating challenge to overcome! A project involving very, important issues, a constant adrenaline, entrepreneurship appears to be the most exciting experience that a person might live. Certainly, stress and overwork are ambushed in this challenge, but it is part of the game

4 - Business for Money

When starting this adventure, the contractor does not make any money. This period can often last for 1 year. However, after this introductory period, the contractor often sees its revenues tenfold faster if his company is working well. Thus, entrepreneurs are able to have a financial freedom by selling their business and realize their dream thereafter (around the world, early retirement, ...)

5 - Undertake to Make Sense

Often entrepreneurs are former employees seeking meaning in their lives. Being an entrepreneur helps you do what you really want because, being your own boss you can make your own choices. Undertake becomes a lifestyle choice, a life choice that allows self-fulfillment.

And for you, what motivates you to become or be an Entrepreneur?

3. How To Make A Video

How to create a good video for your viral marketing campaign? This is a great "weapon" to develop your business on the internet! Creating a video is pretty simple, you just a good video editing software and good ideas. Once you have these two elements, it is important to know some tricks.

How to make a video

when you are on the internet to watch videos, it often turns to funny clips of a few seconds.
Do you have to look at these to get inspired? I don’t think so! But there is an important point to remember, if your video is boring people will leave your page and mostly no one will want to share it with their friends and family.

Here are three elements that would be good to consider when making your video:

The quality of the information. The person who is watching your video has to learn something, even if it’s just an advice. The ultimate goal is to get them say "I enjoyed this video, I will surely add to my site or share it with my subscribers."

An interesting video. When you talk to people, make sure that it is pleasant to listen and watch (vary the intonation, move a little - especially if the video is long).

Good quality of the video. This is especially true if you add text in the video. Many times I happened to watch a video of poor quality which kept me from reading the various written submissions and various screenshots. Finally, I stopped the video!

Create a simple video

the most important thing in creating a video is to pass your information. It is useless to create a lot of effects to your video. The goal is not to show your skills in making videos (unless it is your job).

In conclusion

By applying these tips when making your next video you can get a quality video. This is the most important thing to make sure that people will want to share your video.

If you need any high quality video software with sharing features to hundreds of social networking sites then I invite you to take a look at this website by clicking here.

4. Social Games Should Bring $ 1 Billion In 2011 To Facebook

The trend of social games was confirmed in 2011. While Zynga, the most famous game publisher for the social network Facebook, has announced its initial public offering partial; Facebook should just generate $ 1 billion of this activity for 2011. The majority would result from advertising.

In an interview with news agency Reuters, the former CEO of ad network DoubleClick, Kevin Ryan, said Facebook could make a billion dollars in revenue from the social game this year. This revenue is divided between the advertising, a large majority, and income from Facebook Credits, the virtual currency of the social network.

Of course, this estimation is not official, and has absolutely not been commented on by Facebook. But the social network would confirm the trend of the social game, while Zynga is expected on stock markets in the coming days. "Given that Facebook is on track to generate $ 4 billion in advertising revenue this year, 1 billion from the social game is not an aberration," also considered the eMarketer analyst Paul Verna Reuters.

Facebook does not comment, then, and probably won’t confirm since a company owned by private capital out of equity markets, it doesn’t have to disclose its results publicly. But Sean Ryan's brother Kevin is Director of Partnerships games in Facebook since the beginning of the year. The information could be relevant.

5. Video Communication

Many companies post a video on their website to sell a product, promote a service or just to get viewers. But beware; pitfalls are avoided in order not to waste your time … and money.

In 2006, Cnet France launched a web TV service based on the model of the parent American taking up almost the same concept: a TV studio, a presenter and skins 3D, just like on TV. The objective was to broadcast a mini-journal of the High-Tech with a few stories. Technically the quality was perfect, however the content remained very superficial. The Geek found basically the same news as on any site, without adding value. Cnet USA, which received more resources, had abruptly stopped his Web TV, without a hearing, despite the talents of animator Veronica Belmont (a true geek yet). Cnet in France, the web TV has stopped a few months later to return to a more standard format: the dissemination of videos in article pages.

The journalists themselves are seduced by the web TV. Jerome Colombain (France Info) and François Sorel (RMC), who are high-tech enthusiasts, recently launched TheTechnology Channel, a web TV repeating the same tricks as classic TV: two presenters, a virtual set, and finally same information as those available on every blog, but we have to view everything which lasts about 15 minutes. Alas, we don’t view a video of 15 minutes as easily on the Internet as listening to the radio our car, or watching TV on our couch!

What should we learn? Well, making TV on the Internet is guaranteed to fail (at least to make fun of the viewers and to have fun). If users are abandoning their TV to surf the web it isn’t to listen to speakers talk about 10 minutes, even if the pictures are very beautiful! The user goes on the Web to quickly find practical information. We must therefore go straight to the point and show the product, not the presenter. Audience figures show that half of the people watching a video on internet leaves beyond one minute thirty. Therefore we should base our videos on a format of 3 minutes maximum.

But what is valid for online media is also good for business. A company who wants to communicate and promote its activity (ex: sell) must have a practical approach. A 3 minute clip with a voice-over (or interview) illustrated with pictures of the product/service offered is the most efficient format. Keep it simple and go straight to the point is the golden rule of video communication on the internet. Any additional embellishments (for reasons of aesthetics or mimicry with TV) are only obstacles to the viewers. This does not mean to botch the video (bad sound, poor picture quality) but simply need to remove the surplus that increases costs without improving the hearing (presenter, 3D animations).
